A Caravan Holiday in 1932
by Len Smith contains almost one hundred original watercolors and black and white photographs together with his daily diary of the holiday. Len hired a Car Cruiser caravan in London and over the next 15 days traveled through Aylesbury, Oxford, Gloucester, the Forest of Dean, Cheddar, Weston-super-Mare and Lyme Regis. They stayed at farms where they usually paid a shilling a night - often with some milk, still warm from the cow, provided the next morning.

A Caravan Holiday in 1932 is from a time when caravan sites, shower blocks and microwaves didn't exist. Now, just seventy-seven years later, it is published for the first time as a full colour high-quality hardback available with free delivery for just £14.95. As you are buying direct from the publisher we can offer FREE DELIVERY. We are not aware of this offer being available elsewhere.
